(3a-4b+2c)^2

=(a+b+c)^2=a^2+b^2+c^2+2ab+2bc+2ca

=(3a)^2+(-4b)^2+(2c)^2+2(3a)(-4b)+2(-4b)(2c)+2(2c)(3a)

=9a^2-16b^2+4c^2-24ab-16bc+12ca
