Hello there!

The saying or proverb The grass is always greener on the side of the fence talks about how, we, humans are always comparing our current situation to another situation or another person's situation.

This proverb is motivational because when we compare and believe that the other side of the fence is greener or better, we try to work harder to get to the other side, meaning have a better life.

I hope this will help you!

Grass is always greener on the other side of the fence

This is a famous proverb; it means the situation of other people always appears better and more comfortable than our own. When in reality it may not be true.

We live in a world surrounded by ordinary people who look at the world subjectively. They see only what they want to see. And often they feel other people are happier than them. They feel fate is cruel to them; they feel all pains, all sorrow, all struggle, all challenges, etc. are written only in their kismet.

This is wrong thinking. Everyone in this world has to deal with his/her problems. We must never think the grass is greener on the other side.
