=> In Question 2 there is a mistake, I think (x-3) is not applicable, if possible it is (x+3).
You can check your question.

→ (x+4)(x+3).
[ Expand using identity:- (x+a)(x+b)= x²+(a+b)x+ab].
→ x²+(4+3)x+4×3.
