ans:

a.

by using the second identity: (a-b)² = a²-2ab+b²

(b-7)²

=b²-2 (b)(7) +7²

=b²-14b+49

b. i think it is not written correctly

if it is (xy+3z)² then the answer will be

Using (a+b)²=a² +2ab+b²

we get,

(xy)² +2(xy)(3z)+(3z)²

=x²y² +6xyz+3z²

=x²y²+6xy+9z²

hopes it helps u
