By Using (A-B)^2 = A^2-2AB+B^2

=(2X)^2-2(2X)(7X)+(7X)^2

=4X^2-28X^2+49X^2

Use
( a  - b) ^{2}  =  {a}^{2}  - 2ab +  {b}^{2}
Here ,
a = 2x
b = 7x

(2x - 7x)^{2}  = 4 {x}^{2}  - 28 {x}^{2}  + 49x^{2}
