A.B. Alcott says, “We mount to heaven mostly on the ruins of our cherished schemes, finding our failures were successes.” according to him our failures are the steps through which we rise to heaven; our failures are our stepping stones. Success is not possible without failures. There is not a single example in the entire human race that is an exception. All great personalities and personages, who have left indelible prints of their lives on the sands of eternity, are the men and women who converted their failures into success. The list is endless: Albert Einstein, Charles Darwin, Isaac Newton, Socrates, Thomas Edison, Abraham Lincoln, Charlie Chaplin, Henry Ford, Bill Gates, Walt Disney, Helen Keller, Mahatma Gandhi, and so on.
All the above mentioned names share one common thing; they were not quitters; they were winners. They knew the secret to be successful. They faced myriads of obstacles and hindrances without compromising with their vision and mission. They were ready to face as many failures as were required in order to be successful. Helen Keller, who lost her hearing and seeing power due to sum fatal disease in her early childhood, faced the darkness of failure on almost every step of her life! Did she give up? No! She diligently sowed the seeds of her hopped and aspirations in the dark soil of failures! What a miracle women she turned out to be! She is one of the most successful women the world has ever known! Not only she learnt to speak; she earned a degree for herself from Radcliffe College. She became a famous figure of inspiration and perseverance. She bettered and inspired many lives!A quitter never wins and a winner never quits.
Do you ever found yourself in a situation where you thought of giving up and letting the Golden chance go off your hand? Well, that’s the interesting case we’re talking about. Before you read ahead, always remember, that giving up is the silliest mistake you’ll ever make in your life. In order to gain success and to walk on the path of success, you need to complaisant. You need to do the unprecedented and exceptional things which others are not doing. That will lead you to your dream. If you behold the idea of quitting in the early stage, then there’ll be another person who’ll grab up your opportunity. The opportunity which you deserve will be taken by somebody else. Trust my words, if this happens ever, you’ll be the saddest person. You can’t just let anyone take things which you, just you deserve. So better print this fact in your mind that “ If you hold the ability to achieve your goal, don’t just let it fade because of small reasons”. The reasons which won’t even matter to you in the next five years. Be bold. Take your decisions firmly.
John and Robin started their E-commerce business. In the initial days, they both incurred a huge financial loss. John was terribly shaken by this. Thus, he found the idea of taking risks bad and he stood back from his business. Robin knew that “Failure is the stepping stone to success”. He continued with his work and later went to be in the “Forbes list of top 200 rich people in the world”. That was a success. That was what he wanted. He didn’t quit. He stayed stable and it lead him to achieve his goal.
Who knew that the poor guy from Rameshwaram would be the next president of India? He didn’t step back stating he couldn’t do it cause he was poor. He didn’t give excuses. Malala didn’t stop stating she was shot in the head. Steve Jobs, didn’t step back stating he was removed from his own company. Instead, his persistent efforts built a trillion dollar empire. “Nothing succeeds as success does”. The joy of achieving something after desperate and eager efforts is inexplicable. That joy is rich. Thus, my concluding line would be “Never stop from achieving something just because you find some distractions.”
