Hi friend,

Apple a day keeps the doctor away means eating nutritious food like apples are good for health and keeps diseases away which is good for our health as well.It says that we should eat apple as it is very good n contains different nutrients which is needed for the body.

All that glitters are not gold means that all things which looks good are not actually good,means all persons we see who are beautiful are not actually beautiful(good) in real life.They can be either bad or good.It depends.

when we have an apple we have a nutritious food which keeps a doctor away . Nutritious food helps to fight disases and cure many ailments of deficiency diseases.

All that glitters is not gold is same as the proverb "Dont judge a book by its cover " .when we judge something by its outer appearance , it makes one feel sad , but beauty is not the thing that a person should certainly have . But it is fine and good qualities one should posses to make a good human being !
