Lets start directly ! Imagine a cricket match commenter commenting like a child first day giving speech at school and imagine the same person giving comments with an energetic voice without any difference in speech words . Even a toddler can get which is better,.............. , the energetic one because he has  confidence and attract people .

But confidence is not universal , for example in a mourning of a person what will people think of the person who confidently gives a speech on the grievance of death like the commenter in cricket that will be so horrible .

So the Attitudes must be filtered how to be used before speaking . In my country there is a saying that " The only difference between a literate and an illiterate person is that a literate person thinks before speaking whereas an illiterate speaks before thinking. "
