are people who are considered as noble but they are very devilish.Hardwork depends on your capability and fitness.If somework has a back and back problem and cannot work hard but completes given task on time accurately,then we cannot question a person's sincerity towards work.This may be true that hardwork. means dedication but in this century smartwork. counts.It is not necessary to physically torture yourself to express your commitment
but being noble means to be kind and free from all negativities
