It is truely said that necessity is the mother of inventions.The quote means that whenever we need something we work on something which can satisfy our need which results in discovery of new things which we commonly say as inventions . Take for instance, if there is nothing to cook in ur house and u really have mouse dancing in ur stomach then u will search up fod something ,something which can satisfy ur hunger ur need .So thats what the quatation means.
