Laughing expresses our emotions during a happy state of a person. Laughing cures almost every disease. Happiness brings a feeling of relaxment in the mind of the human body and sends messages of peace to the human soul. Diseases can be kicked away just by laughing for about an hour per day. Watching funny TV shows instead of those related with depression would be better.

A sad person can turn happy just by laughing. A person who laughs and makes others laugh is known as life provider as his jokes increases the life expectancy of a person. Sadness and depression are enemies of laughter and they must be never bought into the human body at any case. We all should try the best to stay happy and laugh. Laughing creates place for positive thinking and it also burns calories!
