                                      Is Money Everything in Life?

Money is an important commodity for everyone. We cannot think of fulfilling several of our desires without having any money. We need some amount of it to live a happy, healthy and generally a carefree life.

Having said that, money is not indispensable. For example, it cannot be equated to being happy with yourself and your life. If it is, then everybody, rich and poor, would be very happy with no worries. Happiness and contentment with what you have is a state of mind that you inculcate on your own right from your childhood. It is not available in the market to buy. The more you seek wealth, the more you need it. There is no end to your wants which are materialistic. Money can cure diseases, but it cannot stop death; it can buy you a 'house', but it cannot make it a 'home'; you can travel the world, but it will not give you world view and so on.

Hence it is very important to teach ourselves and our children that 'money is not everything in life'.

Money is one of the most important things which a person requires to live in this materialistic world. With money a person can buy anything that he wishes for. He can buy expensive things, luxurious commodities, elevate himself in this materialistic world but cannot buy emotions. although money has the capability of buying anything in this world its the emotions, love, care, support and gratitude which it falls short in buying.
