Health is the biggest wealth in life. It brings the ability to enjoy life and be a productive asset to our family, friends and the society. Health is the most important wealth. Unfortunately we ignore our health in the pursued of wealth. We realize our wrong view of health and money until it is too late. Money has no value unless if we cannot enjoy it. Only good health gives a person the capability to enjoy the good things that life offers us in plenty.

A sick person cannot enjoy the beauty of nature. He cannot enjoy peace of mind. He will worry, feel anxiety and fall into depression because o all his ailments. Most of his time will be spend seeking doctors and medical treatments.

Health brings happiness and contentment to our life. Maintaining a healthy way of life will bring physical and mental well-being and enable us to enjoy the wealth we have gathered by working so hard.

There are lots of things in life which money cannot be buy, such as happiness, peace of mind, smiles and laughter. So, in the true sense money cannot make an individual rich, only good health can. We realized how precious something is only after we lost it. Our health is priceless. It is better to take care of our health than regretting after it is lost.

The happiest people in the world are the ones who have good health. Health is better than wealth. Take care of your health and your health will take care of you every step of the way.
