Answer:
For the second term, my classmates and I are given the chance to explore and learn a lot of things about contemporary arts. However, art is not something new to me since when I was in grade school we used to have that as our subject. Although contemporary arts is still different. It has a deeper history and a lot more lessons and concepts to learn about. Since the term has just started, I have a few goals and expectations for the subject.
For this term, I want to be an academic awardee. For the subject, I want to explore and learn about a lot of things about contemporary arts, to learn how to appreciate art more, and to be more unique and creative. I personally think that I do not appreciate art as much and also, I do not know anything about it so I also want to improve my skills on this subject. In order to achieve my goals, I will make sure that I will do my part as a student. I will listen, work really hard, and do my best in everything that I do. Also, with the help of contemporary arts, I will be able to enhance my creativity and will be able to really use my brain to imagine and think about things.
I expect the subject to be really fun and chill since there are no complicated numbers and scientific concepts involved. I just really want this subject to be something I look forward to everyday.
A lot of people might think that this subject is not important since it just involves “art”, well no. It is still important. Being able to imagine and create something which involves your own ideas and concepts is important. In reality, a lot of people are competitive and will continue to innovate and create things that are way more interesting than yours but here, you will learn to be more creative and unique which will prepare you for the real world. Although this subject is beneficial, there are still a lot of things that will difficult for me to achieve or do. My art skills are pretty much poor therefore, I will have a hard time painting, drawing, and anything that involves art. However, I will not let this affect me. I will push myself to do better and not let this drag me down. I will make sure that I learn something new every meeting and make sure that I apply these in my everyday life.
Now that I have stated my expectations for this subject, I hope that my goals will be achieved at the end of the term and I am also hoping that I will just enjoy everything that I do in this subject.
