3+10x+y=4*(10y+x)

3+10x+y=40y+4x

3+70-10y+y=40y+28-4y

rearranging

3+70-28=40y-4y+10y-y

45=45y

therefore y=45/45 = 1 substitute in x=7-y

x=7-1=6

therefore x=6, y=1
