The amount left never adds upto the total amount.
For example: Let you have 50 rupees.
Expenses     -      Amount left
        0                         50
        1                          49
        1                         48
         1                         47
         1                        46
          1                       45
         45                       0     (<<<<<<<<<last line)
Now add
         50                       285

Actually the expense is 50 and amount left is 0 as shown in the last line.

You have 50 rupees with you. How come expense is 50 and amount left is 51????
solution :
First of all u will be having some money before purchasing any item .
Let the initial amount any person posses = x .
so expenses and amount left table would be like this
             expense  - amount left
                       0 - x

20 - 30
                      15 - 15
                        9 - 6
                        6 - 0
Total expense -total amount left
          50 - 51
+x.

Hence this appears like that ..

Hope U understood the solution !!

Thank U !!!
