Experience in satisfaction of secondary needs requires presence and interaction with the consumer.
- The secondary needs of the consumers are taken into consideration by the consumers themselves only after the primary need is satisfied.
- For example, if a consumer is going to buy a pair of shoes the Primary need of the consumer would be that the shoes would be of the correct size.
- Until and unless the shoes fit the consumer here she cannot think of buying it even if the design is the best. Sometimes secondary needs also play a very important role. A consumer will buy a product when the size and the design are favourable for him.
