AIM: to prove co2 is necessary for photosynthesis APPARATUS: destarched plant KOH ,alcohol , cork, iodine, watch glass PROOF : Take a destached plant Place it in sunlight with one leaf fixed in a flask containing KOH Place a cork to the mouth of the flask keeping half leaf in the flask and other half outside Keep the plant in sun for 2 to 3 days now separate the leaf and put it into boiling alcohol Take it out and test it in iodine solution OBSERVATION: we observe a colo
