Series resistance = 2+3

= 5ohm

In the below one

Parallel resistance = 1/5+1/10

= 3/10 ohm

Here the 2 ohm and 3 ohm resistor are in series but both are Parallel to the 10 ohm resistor...

Resistance in series=>R=2+3

=>R=5 ohm

Resistance in parallel=>\frac{1}{R}=\frac{1}{5} + \frac{1}{10}

=>\frac{1}{R}=\frac{3}{10}

=>R=\frac{10}{3}

Total \pink{Resistance}=\frac{10}{3} ohm
