Rate of formation of H2O = 1/2 x d[H2O]/dt
rate of disappearance of O2 = -d[O2]/dt
now, 1/2 x d[H20]/dt = - d[O2]/dt
d[H2O]/dt = -2 x d[O2]/dt
hence , rate of formation of H2O is twice the
rate of disappearance of O2
