12 = 2×2×3

15 = 3×5

21 = 3×7

H.C.F = Product of lowest power of common prime factor = 3 (3 is common in the factors of all the 3 numbers)

L.C.M = Product of highest power of each factor = 2 × 2 × 3 × 5 × 7 = 420
