1. The biosphere also known as the ecosphere, is the worldwide sum of all ecosystems. It can also be termed as the zone of life on Earth, a closed system, and largely self-regulating. 

2. the envelope of gases surrounding the earth or another planet is known as atmosphere.

3. the rigid outer part of the earth, consisting of the crust and upper mantle is known as lithosphere.

4. Things that are capable of being reversed so that the previous state is restored are known as reversible.
