Answer to the first question. The difference between the burning of ammonium chloride and sugar is that that ammonium chloride is a sublime substance which changes to gas when heated one such example is camphor or napthelene whereas when sugar is heated it liquifies answer to guestion 2. Many people think that the boiling point of water is lower in shimla than in Delhi and it is true because the boiling water depends on the atmospheric pressure which is lower in Delhi and higher in shimla
