The Rights against Exploitation is implemented under Articles 23 and 24 of the Constitution of India. Right to personal freedom is never original if many people are revealed to exploitation by others. Arts. 23 and 24 of the constitution are intended to stop the exploitation of people. Thus rights guaranteed by certain two articles may be recognized as corresponding to the personal rights acquired by Arts. 19 and 21 of the constitution.
