First you can multiply the numerator and denomiator with the same number so that you can get a decimal number. (you have to only multiply numbers so that the denominators are ending with 0 like 10,100 etc.)

Then,

7/80 x 125/125 = 875/10000

                        =0.0875

Here there are 4 zeros so, there should be 4 decimal places. But, 875 has only 3 so, we can add a 0 and then put a decimal place.
