Star r very points source of light while planets have a very large source of light
Because blue color scattered in the sky, only left behind the red color having longer wavelength
Because there is no scattering of light in the atmosphere because there is absence of air

a) As planets are larger size than stars and much closer to earth they can be considered as a collection of large number of point sized source of light. The total variation in the amount of light entering our eye is not dectiable therefore planets do not twinkle.
b) At the time of sunrise and sunset sun is near the horizon light from the sun covers larger distance in atmosphere before reaching our eyes. Therefore , shorter wavelength are scatter away by tha particles and the light having longer wavelength reaches our eyes. so sun looks reddish at the time of sunrise (morning) and sunest.
c) Sky appears black or dark to an astronaut
because there is no atmosphere at space.
