Bhunjangasana (or) Cobra Pose:
These are one of the primary poses for diabetes.
Benefits:

Repetetions: 3 to 5 times in one sitting.
Vajrasana (or) Thunderbolt Pose:
Excellent asana for tummy-related problems, and to also lose excess weight around the waist.
Benefits:
- Improves blood circulation in lower abdominal region.
- Aids in spinal defects.
- Smoother movement of ankles and knees, thus improving blood circulation.
Repetetions: Sit in the pose for atleast 2 minutes. Once used to it, increase i upto 5 to 10 minutes.
