The eastern coastal plains:-
The eastern coastal plains lies between the east and Guards and the Bay of Bengal.
It stretches from Mahanandi in Odisha to Cauvery deltas in Tamilnadu.
These are wide and have large surface structures.
The eastern coastal plains are formed by river Mahanadi Godavari Krishna and Kaveri.
These plains are very fertile.
The eastern coastal plains can be divided into three parts..........
- Utkal coast
- Circa coast
- coramandal coast.
These planes of agriculture are developed .
Lakes like Chilika in Odisha and Kolleru and Pulicat in Andhra Pradesh for this plains .
