explain about internal structure of heart
Answers
Explanation :
Heart is covered with two layer of membranes. that is called pericardium membrane.
this membrane filled with fluid that is pericardial fluid. this helps to protect heart from shocks.
Heart is divided into 4 chambers.
upper chambers are called Artria (auricles)
lower chambers are called ventricles.
one blood vessel found in wall of heart are Coronary vessels. this vessel supply blood to muscle of the heart.
Heart is made up of cardiac muscle.
The walls of ventricles thicker compare to auricle walls.
arteries supply blood to all parts of the body.
viens collect blood from all parts of the body to heart.
the largest artery is aorta.
The smallest artery is pulmonary artery.
pulmonary artery supply blood from heart to the lungs.
veins are thin walls
anterior part of right side of the heart present one vein that is superior vien cava
superior vien cavalier collects blood from anterior parts of body ex: head, neck...
posterior end one vein is present that is called Inferior vein cava
inferior vien cava collects blood from posterior parts of the body ex:hands, legs etc...
pulmonary vien collect blood from lungs
veins collect deoxgenated blood
arteries supply oxygenated blood
Two auricles and two ventricles are separated from each other with the help of muscular partition called septa.
left auricle blood enter into right ventricle through the valves.
Right auriculo -ventricular septum between right atrium and right ventricle is Tricuspid valve.
valves present on the Left Auriculo ventricular septum between left atrium and left ventricle is Bicuspid valve (mitral valve)
From the right ventricle major vessel is originated that is pulmonary aorta.
valves present in pulmonary aorta called pulmonary valves.
largest blood vessel is systemic aorta called systemic valves.
Hope this helps you
