On April 1919 a public meeting was being held at Jallianwala Bagh in Amritsar General Dyer came to the park and order his soldiers to fire at the crowd the soldiers blocked in a row is it and open fire hundreds of men women and children were killed and thousands were injured the whole country was shocked by the incident.
