  • Common Noun

  • Collective Noun
  • Abstract Noun
  • Material Noun
  • Countable Noun
  • Uncountable Noun

Explaination :

  • Common noun = is a noun which generally names a place, person, animals, etc.

Eg : Delhi, Ram, Tiger.

  • Proper Noun = is a noun which names a single entity.

Eg : Sun, Moon.

  • Collective Noun = is a noun which names or denotes a team or a grouo.

Eg : Students, Armies.

  • Abstract Noun = is a noun which we can't taste, see, smell, hear or touch.

Eg : Feelings, Idea.

  • Material Noun = is a noun which names for something tangible.

Eg : My chair is made with wood.

  • Countable Noun : is a noun which we can count.

Eg : Money, Number.

  • Uncountable Noun = is a noun which we can't count.
