ODD refers to Oppositional Defiant Disorder. A person/child ( generally child ) with ODD shows a persistent pattern of anger and disobedient behaviour. An individual with ODD is always irritated , aggressive , vindictive and argumentative. They become manipulative. They themselves remain unhappy.

Causes of ODD :-

⏺️ Genetics :- Oppositional Defiant Disorder can be inherited. If either of the parents of a child is suffering from ODD, then it can also develop in the child.

⏺️Environmental :- Unhappy home , poverty , neglectful parents , etc can cause ODD.

Symptoms of ODD :-

➡️Short tempered and throwing tantrums on others.

➡️Like to annoy and irritate others.

➡️Tendency to argue and fight everytime.

➡️ Vengeful and hateful.

➡️ Always Frustrated.

➡️ Tendency to blame others.
