The Santhal Tribes are the native ethnic group of India from Jharkhand and west Bengal also known as Mundas . They are mostly found in Jharkhand and some other place of India. Originally they were hunters gatherers they were too contacted to natures they perform slash and burning process for farming . Presently they were mostly farmers.The Santals are regarded as one of the economically poor communities of India. Although they are very strong and hardworking. The Santhal are the native of Nepal and few parts of eastern India which are still found residing in the remote parts. one of the famous Santhal know as Birsa Munda fight for their land from British .
