actualy frog doesn't mostly have all the sense organs of humans but it's sense organs are : tongue, eyes, skin .

Frog is a both aquatic and terrestrial animal. It abide in water as well on lands.
The sensory organs of frogs are - Tongue. Which also help them catching prey.
Eyes. They can see the things with help of eyes.
Tympanum. Tympanum does the activity of eardrums and hearing/vibrating sensations in frogs.
