Solution. : means when two or more substances are dissolved completely in each other.

It is homogenous mixture.

Solution is unstable, when it is left undisturbed particles don't settle at bottom.

The size of particles of solution is less than 1 NM.

EG = salt in sugar etc.

Suspension. : is a heterogeneous mixture where undissoloved particles remain suspend.

The size of particles is more than 100 NM.

the particles are stable and can be separated by method of filtration.
