*Elimination Reaction :-

=> An elimination reaction occurs when a reactant is broken up into two products. Elimination reactions occur with saturated compounds.

*Substitution Reaction(or single displacement reaction) :-

=>A chemical reaction during which one functional group in a chemical compound is replaced by another functional group. Substitution reactions are of prime importance in organic chemistry.
