Answer: The alimentary canal is mainly referred to as the pathway by which food enters our body and moves out through the anus after digestion. It is a tube-like structure which starts from the mouth and ends in the anus.

Answer:
Alimentary canal is a passage which starts at mouth and ends at anus.... Here food got chewed and digested by different type of organs... Our body organs use different type of chemical like hcl, pancreatic juice etc and our small intestine contains villi which absorbs nutrients from the food and send it to the different organs where they are needed. Water got absorbed in large intestine and then remaining sent to the rectum and then anus... That's how it works
