fuse has less melting pont as a weak current flows it cutt offs.
rubber is a insulator

2.electricity flow due to flow free electron but rubber band has not..
3 tungsten of bulb glow due to heating effect but when tungsten break then circuit is also broked and when circuit is broke electricity does not flow .....as filament of bulb is made of tungsten
