Answer:

Side-Angle-Side is a rule used to prove whether a given set of triangles are congruent. The SAS rule states that: If two sides and the included angle of one triangle are equal to two sides and included angle of another triangle, then the triangles are congruent. An included angle is an angle formed by two given sides

Step-by-step explanation:

There are four congruency rules :-SAS, ASA, SSS and RHS.

SSS rule states that if under a given correspondence, three sides of one triangle are equal to the three sides of another triangle, then the triangles are congruent.

The SAS rule states that if under a correspondence, two sides and the angle included between them of a triangle are equal to to corresponding sides and the angle included between them of another triangle, then the triangles are congruent.

The ASA rule states that if under a correspondence, two angles and the included side of a triangle are equal to two angles and the included side of another triangle, then the triangles are congruent

The RHS rule states that if under a correspondence, the hypotenuse and one side of a right-angled triangle are equal to the hypotenuse and one side of another right-angled triangle, then the triangles are congruent
