1st law- An object tends to stay in the state of rest or motion until an external force like Friction or Force applied by brakes is applied.
2nd law- Rate of change of momentum is directly proportional to Force. Because more force applied would increase the motion contained within the body i.e linear momentum.
3rd law- Every action has an equal and opposite reaction.If a book is kept on a table, force acts vertically downwards
But the book doesn't move downwards because of normal reaction force.
