The fundamental rights of India are as follows:
1) Right to equality-> Everyone is equal before the court of law. Men and women should get equal pay for equal work.

2) Right to freedom-> There are no unreasonable restrictions on the people of India. They are free to think, give their opinions and to put their thoughts to action (in public good).

3) Right against exploitation-> This right ensures that child labor is not practise by anyone and that men, women or children are not trafficked.
