AIM :- TO SHOW THE RUSTING OF IRON

MATERIAL REQUIRED :- 3 BEAKERS , IRON NAILS , RUBBER CORK

THEOREY :- 1) NAME THE BEAKERS AS A,B,C,D

2) PUT 1 NAIL IN EACH OF TEST TUBE

3)  FILL THE TEST TUBE A AND C WITH WATER AND KEEP BEAKER B OPEN ONLY DONT ADD WATER AND ALSO CLOSE THE MOUTH OF TEST TUBE A

WITH CORK AND KEPT THE 3 TEST TUBE FOR SOMEDAYS AND OBSERVE.

OBSERVATION :- WE OBSERVED THAT THERE WAS NO EFFECT ON NAILS KEPT IN TESTUBE A AND B BUT THR NAIL IN TEST TUBE GET RUST

CONCLUSION :- THEREFORE WE CONCLUDED THAT FOR RUSTING MOISTURE AND AIR BOTH ARE REQUIRED
