These are the organs which are similar in their function but differ in their structure and origin
Similarity in their function occur due to a common adaption or similar way of life, but it doen't indicate common ancestory

Some examples are:-

~Wings of birds and butterfly
~Trachea of insects and lungs of mammals
~Eye of octopus and mammals
~Flipper of penguine and dolphin

Here final similarity occurs due to a kind of evolution called convergent or parallel evolution
