2) Cr - 4s¹3d⁵
3) Fe - 4s²3d⁵
4) Ni - 4s²3d⁸

Cr contains 6 unpaired electrons which have spin quantum number +1/2.

Sc, Fe, and Ni contains 1,5 and 2 unpaired electrons having spin quantum number +1/2 respectively.

Hence atom with highest net electronic spin is Cr
