We first need to define what glocalization means.

It is made up of Globalization and Localization.

It involves a product or service distributed globally  being modified to meet the users or customer's expectation depending on their culture.

It is the adaptation of the global and international products into the local contexts they are used and sold in.

It is mostly practiced by decentralized companies.

Glocalization can pose threat to locally produced goods due to the stiff competition that comes with its goods and services.

This is because the local people may end up preferring the international goods to the goods produced locally.

Glocalization is a way of conducting ones business by taking into consideration, both the local and international factors.

This can be seen observed by individuals around them.

Some of the major successful companies we see around us follow this method to make more profits and to ensure that their customers are satisfied.
