They are segmented worms. They have special organs for Excretion. They are called ring worms. Ex - leech and Earthworm.

Annelida means segmented worm.
They also have parapodia for locomotion.
Most of the organ have same set of organs, although sharing a common gut , circulatory system and nervous system.
Nephridia helps in osmoregulation and excretion.
Reproduction is sexual.
