ANSWER:
The simple experiment done by using the hot pasteurized milk which was to be used to form the curd.
EXPLANATION:
The inoculum is must for fermentation process. But I just kept finger inside the milk for 2 minutes. This milk was converted in to curd in the morning next day when check for curd formation. By this I proved that our finger's skin also contain bacteria so we need sanitize the fingers often.
