*Folk Tales- States such as Rajasthan have their own preserved folk tales about the medieval period's kings.

*Carved sculptures- India had a number of great sculpture artists which had created a number of sculptures on the demand of the royal family.

*Royal finance records- The kings have to keep records on the taxes collected and their own wealth. They had preserved official records. This records are important for us for understanding their administration.
