☑️ Consumer must be quality conscious... - Consumers should never compromise of quality of the goods. Therfore, they should not buy inferior type of goods. In other words, he must be quality conscious.

☑️ Do not buy in hurry - - It is a responsibility of consumer is that he should not buy the product in hurry. In that case, sometimes he buy inferior type of goods.... Which results in loss of money...

☑️ Donot forget to get receipt and guarantee card - Consumer should aware that he would not forget any receipt of goods... Because receipt will help them in future as an evidence in case of any dispute arises.

☑️ File complaints - Consumers have responsibility that he will file complaint if some goods give unsatisfaction to them....
