Any five rights of consumers are as follows:
1)Right to choose: Consumers have the right to choose any product they want. Shopkeeper can't force them to buy something
2) Right to Inform: Consumers have the right to know about the details of the products, eg. MRP, Manufacturing dates, Expiry dates etc
3)Right to Customer Education: Customer have the right to know about this rights.
4)Right to Seek Resentment: Customer can Seek Resentment if any of the product is found damaged
5)Right To Represent: Customers can seek Resentment in court if any shopkeeper exploits any right
